NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) conducts the NEET PG exam for students aspiring to pursue their master’s degree in the medical field. The National Entrance-cum-Eligibility Test – Postgraduate 2024, is scheduled for admission to approximately 20,000 seats of Doctor of Medicine (MD), over 10,000 seats of Master of Surgery (MS), and various other postgraduate programs across the country.

NEET PG 2024 Exam Date

According to the official notification, the NEET PG 2024 exam, initially set for July 7, 2024, has been rescheduled to June 23, 2024.
Registration for NEET PG 2024 will remain open until May 6, allowing students to enroll for the examination. The results will be announced by the examination authority on July 15, 2024.

Candidates must first verify their eligibility for NEET PG before being permitted to take the exam. Upon confirming their eligibility, candidates can proceed to complete the NEET PG application form. Subsequently, those who successfully submit the application form become eligible to obtain their NEET PG admit card.

NEET PG 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants possessing an MBBS degree or a Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized under the provisions of the NMC Act, 2019, and the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2023, along with a permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the NMC, or are expected to complete their internship on or before August 15, 2024, are eligible.
